AjaCertX recruits across seven specialist professional tracks. All roles require relevant sector experience — we do not offer graduate or entry-level positions.
Conduct second and third-party audits across ISO management systems, GxP frameworks and specialist standards. Lead auditor qualification or equivalent experience required.
Design, implement and improve quality, environmental, health & safety and integrated management systems. Hands-on assurance and implementation experience across multiple sectors required.
Deliver Professional Lead Auditor, Internal Auditor, Implementor and Awareness programmes in classroom, virtual and in-company formats.
Deliver specialist information security and digital assurance services including ISO 27001, SOC reporting, CMMI appraisal, data integrity and cyber threat management.
Support clients with Environmental, Social and Governance assurance, supply chain sustainability audits, carbon footprint assessments and ESG reporting framework alignment.
Lead ISO 42001 AIMS implementation, audit and assurance engagements. Support clients in establishing responsible AI frameworks, AI risk assessments and regulatory alignment with the EU AI Act.
Support pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients with GxP assurance, equipment qualification, process validation, CAPA management and regulatory readiness.
One of the fastest-growing roles in the assurance profession. AjaCertX is actively building its AI governance capability aligned to ISO 42001 and the EU AI Act.

A two-way conversation with our talent team. We discuss your background, motivations and interest in AjaCertX. You get to ask us anything — culture, clients, working arrangements. We acknowledge all applications within 5 working days and invite selected candidates to this call within a further 5 days.
A structured deep-dive with a senior AjaCertX specialist in your field. Expect questions on technical standards knowledge, audit methodology, real-world scenarios and professional judgement. For auditor roles, this typically includes a nonconformity writing or audit planning exercise. For AI Governance roles, it may include an AI risk assessment scenario.
A panel conversation with two or three senior leaders at AjaCertX covering cultural fit, values alignment, longer-term career aspirations and working expectations. This is also your opportunity to understand the team, the clients and the direction we are heading. Successful candidates receive an offer within 5 working days of this stage.
We read every application personally. A focused, specific submission will always outperform a generic one — quality over quantity every time.
Chronological and specific. List sectors worked in, standards covered, number of audits conducted (for auditor roles) and notable projects. Max 3 pages.
