Management System Certification
ISO Management System Standards
The foundation of any world-class management system. AjaCertX delivers gap analysis, implementation and certification support across all eight core ISO management standards.
ISO 9001 is the world's most widely adopted quality management standard. It provides a framework for consistently delivering products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements, and drives continual improvement across all business processes.
ISO 14001 provides a systematic framework for managing environmental responsibilities. It helps organisations reduce environmental impact, achieve compliance with legislation and demonstrate environmental leadership to stakeholders and regulators.
ISO 45001 is the international standard for occupational health and safety management. It provides a framework for eliminating hazards, reducing OHS risks and taking advantage of OHS opportunities — protecting workers and demonstrating duty of care.
ISO 27001 is the global standard for information security management. It provides a systematic approach to managing sensitive information, protecting against cyber threats and demonstrating security assurance to clients, partners and regulators.
ISO 22301 is the international standard for business continuity management. It provides a framework for preparing for, responding to and recovering from disruptive events — protecting operations, reputation and stakeholder confidence.
ISO 50001 provides a framework for managing and improving energy performance. It helps organisations reduce energy costs, improve energy efficiency and demonstrate commitment to sustainability — supporting ESG reporting and net zero objectives.
ISO 42001 is the first international standard for AI management systems. It provides a framework for responsible AI development and deployment — covering governance, risk management, transparency and accountability across the AI lifecycle.
ISO 37001 provides a framework for preventing, detecting and responding to bribery. It demonstrates commitment to ethical business conduct — supporting regulatory compliance, supply chain integrity and stakeholder confidence.
ISO 27701 extends ISO 27001 to cover privacy information management, providing a framework for GDPR compliance and privacy governance. It demonstrates commitment to protecting personal data across the entire data lifecycle.
Sector-Specific Certification Standards
Industry-mandatory standards that unlock supply chain approval, customer confidence and commercial opportunity — including food safety, railway, automotive, aerospace, telecoms and specialist standards.
IATF 16949 is the international standard for quality management in the automotive supply chain. Built on ISO 9001, it incorporates customer-specific requirements from major OEMs and is mandatory for suppliers seeking to qualify across the global automotive sector.
The AS/EN 9100 series are the quality management standards for the aerospace and defence industry. AS/EN 9100 covers manufacturers, AS/EN 9120 covers stockists and distributors, and AS/EN 9110 covers MRO organisations. All are mandatory for aerospace supply chain participation.
IRIS (International Railway Industry Standard), based on ISO TS 22163, is the quality management standard for the global railway industry. It is required by major rail operators and OEMs for supply chain qualification and covers the full product lifecycle from design through to maintenance.
TL 9000, managed by QuEST Forum, is the quality management standard for the global telecommunications industry. Built on ISO 9001, it adds telecommunications-specific requirements for hardware, software and service providers. Registration on the QuEST Forum database demonstrates telecom supply chain quality capability.
ISO 13485 is the international standard for quality management systems in the medical devices industry. It is required for regulatory submission across EU (MDR), USA (FDA 21 CFR Part 820), Canada, and other regulated markets, and covers design, manufacturing, distribution and post-market surveillance.
ISO 17025 is the international standard for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. Accreditation demonstrates technical competence, measurement reliability and data integrity. It is required for regulatory acceptance of test results across Life Science, Food, Energy and industrial sectors.
ISO 20000-1 is the international standard for IT service management. It provides a framework for planning, establishing and managing IT services aligned to business needs, and demonstrates IT service quality to enterprise clients. It is aligned to ITIL best practice and increasingly required in technology procurement.
ISO 27701 is the international standard for privacy information management — an extension to ISO 27001 specifically covering personal data protection. It provides a framework for GDPR compliance and demonstrates privacy governance capability to regulators, clients and data subjects.
ISO 22000 is the international standard for food safety management. It integrates HACCP principles with a management system approach and is applicable across the entire food supply chain. Certification demonstrates systematic control of food safety hazards and is increasingly required by retailers and regulators.
FSSC 22000 is a GFSI-benchmarked food safety certification scheme recognised globally by retailers, food service operators and regulators. It builds on ISO 22000 with additional requirements covering product categories, allergen management, food defence and food fraud prevention.
BRCGS is a GFSI-benchmarked global food safety standard widely required by UK and European retailers for own-label food supply. It covers food safety management, HACCP, GMP, allergen controls and site conditions, with graded certification from AA to D.
HACCP is the internationally recognised food safety system for identifying and controlling biological, chemical and physical hazards in food production. It is a legal requirement in many jurisdictions and the foundation of all food safety management systems.
EXCiPACT is the global certification standard for pharmaceutical excipient manufacturers and distributors. It aligns with ICH Q7 and GDP guidelines and is required by pharmaceutical manufacturers as part of their excipient supplier qualification obligations under EU and FDA regulations.
An Integrated Management System combines multiple ISO standards into a single unified framework. AjaCertX designs IMS programmes that eliminate duplication, reduce audit burden and strengthen system performance across all compliance obligations.
